Runtime: codex

The Codex CLI (@botgumi/codex-runtime, stub).

• Instructions: Codex reads AGENTS.md from the repo root.
• Roles: Codex has no agent files, so the runtime puts the role file's body before the brief in the prompt.
• Workers and reviewers: codex exec --model <model> "<role file body + brief>".
